Within our Quality Control Department our state of the art Brown & Sharpe Sciroco CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is complemented by PCDMIS Software including CAD++, a Renishaw Motorised Probe and a working area of 2000mm x 1000mm x 900mm. This provides a significant asset to our Quality Control Department and contributes to the ongoing promotion of product quality within our company. The PCDMIS Software is able to accept customer 3D Solid Models directly transferred over our Network link. This CMM facility allows Tridan to provide our customer with standard CMM reporting format or reporting format tailored to suit our customer requirements. This is backed up with a Mitutoyo QM353 manual Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine, with Inspect3D software and has a working area of 500mm x 300mm x 300mm.
