As reported in our news section in July 2014, Tridan are proud to announce the successful installation of a new Mazak HCN5000 Horizontal with a full NC Rotary table, plus a Variaxis i600 5 Axis.
These machines compliment our other 5 Axis/ Horizontals allowing us to create more cellular manufacturing (one man / two machines).
Tridan have also completed a total refurbishment of the Company, offices and shop floor, including new LED lighting for the shop floor, plus a new “war” room for our Business Improvement Team to work on efficiencies/5S/Lean/SC21 etc.
