I joined Tridan in August 2023 as a CNC Milling Setter/Operator apprentice. Since joining Tridan I have gained an array of physical and personal skills. These include Setting/Startup of various machines, and my self-confidence has grown.
Furthermore, Tridan have aided me in gaining the EAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Machining. This course has helped me progress with developing my skills in this field, fuelling my passion to create and develop projects.
