I have worked at Tridan for many years across various departments as well as working at other engineering companies and have gained a vast experience within manual milling, toolmaking, cylindrical/surface grinding, CNC machining/programming and Technical Sales.
I felt honoured when I was approached and asked to be the Apprentice Co-ordinator, enabling me to mentor the apprentice’s and impart my knowledge with them.
I will be helping with their day-to-day training and assisting them with their college work ensuring that they are able to get the best out of their time here at Tridan.
Working as a team with the engineering supervisors at Tridan, our vision is that when the apprentice’s finish their apprenticeship, they are confident and able to undertake any tasks within the Tridan machine shop that are given to them.
