DSEI 2023 12th – 15th Sept 2023

Time to reflect on DSEI 2023…

It’s hard to believe that a week has gone by since the opening day of DSEI 2023.

An extremely busy and eye-opening exhibition which must have been the largest since it began, and an incredible footfall on the 2nd day of approx. 35000 people through the doors! The show was opened by a flypast from the RAF Red Arrows, as well as military bands performing throughout the entirety of the show.

It goes to show how busy manufacturing and the defence industry is, the footfall, the presence of UK and International delegates every day and the deals that were well documented. It appears as such that there are many countries looking to invest in the UK supply chain which can only be a positive for UK manufacturing.

A week of great opportunities and a busy stand through 4 days, although it did (and always does) slow down on the Friday, but this gave us a chance to get around and explore the vast size of DSEI 2023.

The Tridan team would like to thank all those who came to speak with us and discuss their upcoming machining and assembly requirements as well as meeting up with current customers and members of the supply chain.

Now the hard work really starts as we follow up on leads gained at the show and begin to forge new partnerships and build on existing ones.

With the show being such a success, we couldn’t not sign up again, so here’s to DSEI 2025, see you all again then…
