Assembly at Tridan Engineering – To complement our machine shop we have an air-conditioned assembly and finishing room with downdraft benches and ultrasonic cleaning facilities. This enables us to not only offer finish treated parts, but parts which require small to medium assembly i.e. fitting of helicoils, clinch nuts, swaged bearings, wire locking or full assembly to your requirements. We have the facilities to carry out fine deburring with the use of microscopes and video capture along with part marking using matrix dot printers and other methods. Our assembly team have fine-tuned methods for deburring and finishing of product to ensure that parts sent to the customer are of the highest standards.
