Tridan issue an internal quarterly newsletter, just keeping all employees up to date on how we are doing as a business etc. It is very football based, like match analysis (financials), upcoming fixtures (customer/supplier visits) etc. One area is player of the match – this is an area where we recognise certain employees for going the extra mile to help the Company.
The 4th quarter winners are:
Colin – For helping a great deal with the driving at very unsocial hours. Starting at 4am, driving on a Saturday, to name just a couple of instances, all to get urgent product to our customers.
Dan – For his excellent progress in all aspects of his job role. From setting times to the quality of his end product, plus taking on and learning new machining centres.
Paul – For his progression and limitless dedication, plus changing his holiday for an urgent customer requirement.
