Over the last few months John, Rumen and Will have been working toward a level 3 Certificate in Commercial Leadership and Management whilst continuing their day-to-day duties here at Tridan, and we are pleased to be the first to congratulate them all on passing.
The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is designed to equip aspiring and practising managers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to improve their leadership capabilities and effectively manage teams.
This programme focuses on practical, real-world leadership scenarios, enabling learners to apply their learning directly to their workplace.
The programme is designed to be completed over a period of 6/7 months, with workshops and guided learning hours scheduled to facilitate deep understanding and practical application. The course was completed via the Colchester Institute.
As a reward for passing, they were all rewarded with a £50 voucher to congratulate them for their hard work.
