Our latest investment for Tridan is now on site and is being commissioned.
We have added a 7th 5 axis CNC machining centre following the recent growth and our current order book, giving us extra machining capacity along with the high accuracy and performance that you would expect from Mazak.
The new machine is a MAZAK i500 Multiplex-surface/simultaneous 5-axis machining centre.
It has a maximum workpiece diameter of 500mm, spindle speed of 18000, rapid traverse of up to 60m/min with an 80-tool carousel for the most complex parts and twin pallets for production running.
