At our 50th celebration event just one of the many lovely parts of the day was to recognise and reward some of our colleagues who have worked with Tridan for over 25 years.
They were Paul Fisher (40 years), Jerry Saville (30 years), Richard Bell (30 years), Peter Townsend (29years), Serif Mallows (27 years), Mark Pritchard (27 years) & John Chamberlain (26 years). All received a commemorative plaque and a Red-Letter Day.
Paul Hawkins, MD commented “To reward long service was a great honour for me, their continued loyal and dedicated service has been paramount to our success. Retention of staff is something we are very proud of at Tridan”
