At Tridan we pride ourselves on continual improvement and offering the very best service we can to our customers. A key area is Quality/Cost/Delivery, this is a given for any company to be successful.
Over 2018 we have improved our efficiencies throughout the company, in one of those areas is through continued investment in modern machinery, plus utilising our machines in a lights out environment.
The pictures are of our Mazak 5 axis plus Palletech, this machine plus others on our shop floor are averaging 1000+ hours a month through lights out machining.
In 2019 we will look at further capital expenditure with automation to continue our journey with continual improvement.
